报告题目：Error Estimates of High-Order Compact Difference Schemes for Boussinesq Systems

报告摘要：This talk concerns the error estimates of high-order compact difference methods for the numerical solutions of some nonlinear Boussinesq systems (BBM-BBM, Bona-Smith, KdV-KdV, etc). Convergence analysis and error estimates are given for the semi-discrete schemes. Some IMEX multistep and IMEX RK compact difference schemes are derived. Numerical experiments on model problems show that the proposed schemes are of high accuracy.
报告人简介：谢树森，教授，中国海洋大学数学科学学院院长，兼任山东省数学会副理事长。主要从事偏微分方程高精度数值方法及数值模拟方法的应用研究。在海水污染问题、渗流驱动问题的高精度数值方法、非线性波方程的高精度数值方法等方面有系统深入的研究，部分研究工作发表在 “SIAM J Sci Comp”，“Comput Methods Appl Mech Engrg”，“SIAM J Num Anal”，“Comp Phy Comm”，“Appl Numer Math”，“J Comp Appl Math”等重要学术期刊。多次到美国、加拿大、韩国、英国、香港等国家与地区进行学术访问和交流。
