报告题目：Some Recent Progress on the Semiconductor SHE model
报告摘要：We first introduce the basic semiconductor physics. And then the mathematical modeling of the SHE model will be recalled in the frame work of the semiconductor supperlattices . Some recent results of the mathematical analysis of the semiconductor SHE model are also mentioned.
